Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form on the home page of this website or use my Psychology today page to message me. You can also reach me with my phone number that is listed. If I don’t answer at first please leave a voicemail and I will call you back! You can also text me at that number too.

I will be asking questions to get to know you. I will go through an assessment in a semi-structured review of your life. I’ll ask about your past, and present. I’ll ask about your goals and what you have been struggling with. You will also have a chance to get to know me and ask any questions!
You don’t need to have everything figured out! I’ll meet you where you are at and we will go from there!

I’m direct and straightforward. I’m not a therapist that will just listen and nod. I like encouraging clients to journal and I like getting to know your interests and encourage you to find your community!

You will get a notification either through Headway or Simple Practice by email or text (depends on your insurance/payment method). You will get a link to a video in which we will meet virtually face to face.
All sessions are held via HIPAA-compliant video platform.

Yes! My office is located in Westlake, CA near the city of Thousand Oaks in Ventura County. Please be sure to inform me of your preference between in person or virtual sessions, or a mix of both, or maybe you don’t have a preference - that is all good to know! I encourage you to let me know so I can best help you in your therapy journey.

Yes! I am! I identify as a lesbian. I strongly believe this helps make others in the community feel heard and understood. It’s also nice to have a therapist that gets your pronouns right.
